Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens, which is why we're always happy to cancel or change your appointment with at least 2 business days' notice (business days being Monday - Friday)

Where applicable, your appointment may be changed to a virtual visit at no charge.

However, in order to ensure equal access for all our patients, late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a fee, charged to the card on file. This policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to illness or weather.

Cancellation Fees

  • Late cancellation or reschedule (less than 2 business days' notice): 50% of booked fee, max $150

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of booked fee, max $200

  • IV/Infusion appointments: Flat $100

A portion of all cancellation fees goes to charitable organizations.

Business days are Monday to Friday. For example, if your appointment is Monday at 9am, please provide notice by Thursday at 9am.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule through the online booking portal, or contact us by phone or email.

Cancellations within the 2 business day window must be made by phone or email.

This policy may be updated at any time. Some practitioners may have a separate cancellation policy with different fees, which will be outlined in their individual consent forms.
