This entry-level package provides a complete starting point for patients who want to establish their nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle foundations. It gives them immediate guidance and results while creating a natural segue into one of the longer coaching programs.

This one-time session is perfect if you’re curious about coaching or want a personalized strategy to get started. Together, we’ll explore your current habits, health goals, and the obstacles in your way—then build a realistic action plan to move forward with confidence. -

Visits: 1 × 60-minute Foundation Session + 5 × 30-minute Progress Sessions (total of 6 sessions)
Purpose:
Provides biweekly accountability for patients who have already built foundational habits and are ready for structured, ongoing support. This cadence allows for flexibility while maintaining consistent touchpoints to ensure continued progress.

Nutrition and movement progression
Lifestyle optimization (stress, recovery, sleep)
Adaptations to support changing goals or phases (e.g., GLP-1 users, midlife women, strength building)
This package is ideal if you want structure, accountability, and expert guidance as you work toward your goals. You’ll receive a fully personalized nutrition and fitness plan with regular check-ins to keep you moving forward and adapt as needed.

We can absolutely work with that. In fact, coaching is often essential to ensure you're maintaining muscle mass, meeting protein needs, and fuelling your body properly while on these medications.
Traditional massage typically involves:

Extremely light touch (about the weight of a nickel)
Listening to your body's natural rhythms and movements
Supporting your nervous system's ability to self-regulate

Working with trauma and stress held in the nervous system
Think of traditional massage as actively "doing something" to your muscles, while BCST is about "being with" your nervous system and allowing natural healing to emerge. Both are valuable, and many clients benefit from incorporating both approaches into their wellness routine.

All sessions are currently held virtually, so you can join from wherever you are.

Fitness and nutrition coaching is not typically covered under standard extended health plans, but it may be eligible for reimbursement through a Health Spending Account (HSA) or Wellness/Lifestyle Spending Account (WSA)—depending on your specific plan.
Here’s what to know:
If you have an HSA, you may be able to claim the cost of coaching, especially if it supports a medical need (e.g. metabolic health or weight management).
If your employer offers a Wellness or Lifestyle Spending Account, coaching is often eligible under categories like "fitness training" or "nutrition support."
Coverage varies by provider and employer, so we always recommend checking your benefits booklet or asking your HR department directly.
We’re happy to provide a detailed receipt to support your claim if eligible.

Yes—sessions must be used within the 3-month timeframe of your selected package. This helps maintain momentum and ensures you're getting the full benefit of the program.
Please note: Unused sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable, so we encourage you to book consistently to stay on track. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll do our best to accommodate within the package window.
