Prescription Refill Policy

Your practitioner does their best to ensure you leave each appointment with all the prescriptions you need. Prescriptions are typically written with enough refills to last until your next scheduled follow-up. If you reschedule or delay your appointment, you may run out before your next visit.

To help avoid gaps in your medication:

  • Let your practitioner know at each visit if you have any refill concerns

  • Schedule your next follow-up before leaving

  • Keep your scheduled appointments when possible

This is a shared responsibility. Please monitor your supply and plan ahead to ensure uninterrupted care.

TO REQUEST A REFILL OUTSIDE OF AN APPOINTMENT

Outside of appointments, prescription refill requests will be subject to a $45 fee.

To request a refill: Please have your pharmacy fax a refill request directly to our office. We do not process refill requests sent via email or voicemail.

What to expect:

  • Allow at least 5 business days for your refill to be reviewed and processed

  • Once approved, the prescription will be faxed to your pharmacy after the fee is paid

Please note: Refill requests are reviewed at your practitioner's discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Your practitioner may require an appointment before a refill can be sent.

Prefer to skip the fee? You're welcome to book a brief follow-up appointment instead. Just call or email the clinic to arrange this.
