Dawn Thalheimer combines over a decade of experience in fitness and nutrition coaching with a sharp focus on the unique challenges that arise in women’s midlife transitions. She helps clients feel stronger, more energetic, and confident in their bodies using realistic, flexible strategies that fit busy lives. With her practical, empathetic approach focused on fitness, nutrition, and self-care, Dawn empowers women to reclaim vitality and sustainable well-being—no diet overhauls or intimidating workouts required.
Dawn Thalheimer is passionate about helping women navigate the messy middle of midlife with more strength, clarity, and confidence. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a background in communications and marketing, she brings both heart and strategy to her work , guiding women through perimenopause, burnout, and body changes with a refreshingly honest, no-fluff approach.
After facing her own struggles with anxiety, disordered eating, and the identity shift that can happen in midlife, Dawn realized how few resources exist for women beyond “eat less and move more.” Through her programs, she helps women break free from diet culture, rebuild their relationship with food and movement, and create sustainable routines that support their hormones, energy, and mental health.
Whether she’s coaching one-on-one or speaking to groups, Dawn’s work is rooted in compassion, accountability, and realism. She doesn’t believe in “quick fixes” — but she does believe in small, consistent shifts that lead to big results over time.
