With over two decades of hands-on experience, Jen Newman brings deep skill and steady presence to her work as a Registered Massage Therapist and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. Her early career in sports injury management, shaped by her own history as an elite-level athlete , evolved into a rich, trauma-informed practice supporting women through nervous system healing, chronic stress, pain, and emotional transitions.
Jen’s care is rooted in the belief that the body already knows how to heal , it just needs the right space, safety, and attunement to do so. She works with women at all stages of life to help them reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and build lasting resilience from the inside out.
Jen Newman is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST) with over 20 years of experience supporting people through healing and life transitions. She graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto in 2001 and completed the two-year Biodynamic Craniosacral diploma program with Body Intelligence Training in 2025.
Her background as an Olympic-level gymnast and elite triathlete shaped her early career in sports injury management. Today, Jen’s focus is on women’s health and trauma-informed care. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families in cultivating resilience through experiences of burnout, overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, chronic pain and the effects of stress on daily life—including shifts in sleep, mood, and energy.
Jen’s approach is holistic, honoring the whole person—their story, experiences, and season of life. Her practice is rooted in the body’s innate capacity to heal and self-regulate when given the safety and space to do so. With attunement to the nervous system and its responses to stress and trauma, she offers a steady, grounding presence that allows the body to naturally restore balance, health, and wholeness.
Jen is a member of the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of British Columbia (CCHPBC) and Pacific Association Of Craniosacral Therapists (PACT).
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Jen cycling, walking her dog to the beach, teaching at Pranify Yoga, or spending time with her husband.
