More than a breath

A reset.

Most of us are running on a chronically activated stress response. We are tired but wired, overstimulated, and disconnected from our bodies. The breath is one of the few tools we have direct, conscious access to and when used intentionally, it can shift your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into a state of genuine rest and recovery.

That is what this class is designed to do. Through structured rhythmic breathing, your body's own physiology does the work: slowing your heart rate, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. You do not have to believe in anything for it to work. You just have to breathe.

What to expect?

This is not meditation. It is not a fitness class. You will not be asked to clear your mind or hold complicated poses. You will be guided through a specific breathing pattern set to music. Your nervous system will respond exactly the way it is meant to.

Participants consistently report leaving sessions feeling more grounded, less reactive, and more present. Many notice improvements in sleep quality and a greater sense of calm that carries through the rest of their week.

The Method

What is SomaBreath?

SomaBreath is a structured breathwork system that combines pranayama (rhythmic breathing techniques rooted in ancient practice) with modern music technology and gentle somatic movement.

It was developed to make the proven benefits of breath practice accessible without years of meditation training. Think stress reduction, better sleep, improved focus, and emotional regulation.

The key is rhythm. Your breathing is paced by specially designed music, which removes the mental effort of trying to do it right. The result is a practice that works even if you have never meditated or done breathwork before.

SomaBreath's protocols have been studied at the University of Cambridge, with research showing measurable shifts in brain activity and significant reductions in anxiety and stress.
